Aditya Agarwal, co-founder and CTO of Next Play, is the driving force behind the company’s innovative technology. With over a decade of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, Aditya has consistently delivered innovative solutions that push the boundaries of software technology. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a master's degree in Computer Science, Aditya’s academic foundation laid the groundwork for his deep expertise in advanced algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
At Facebook AI, Aditya led the development of projects in conversational AI, creating dialogue models that advanced the state of human-computer interactions. At Amazon, Aditya led the development of systems that processed hundreds of billions of customer data records, improving speed and efficiency by integrating machine learning insights. His work in leveraging large language models (LLMs) and generative AI demonstrated his ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
Aditya’s passion for sports has been a constant throughout his life. Growing up, he played soccer and basketball, learning firsthand the importance of teamwork, strategy, and adaptability—qualities he brings to his role as CTO.
